The same happened to me...
a couple of months back when I asked about the retail price for this piece at the AP boutique here in Singapore.
The staff attending to me doesn't have a clue on this model and I also have to point out to her from a model booklet within the boutique.
However I wouldn't blame it so much on the boutique staffs as I feel that such information should be pushed to them rather than pulled by them.
