Following Chaiwat's post at AP Social Club...
Was a really amazing time evolving from last year's focus on heritage for the 150th and now focused more on savoir faire, craftsmanship and artisanal techniques of watchmaking.
I really really enjoyed many of the stations which had the actual watchmakers demonstrating each special technique, and reminding a bit of the art as well as science of watchmaking. I'm always impressed at how humble many of these craftsman speak about their work and art - many who perfect one particular skill over many decades.
More pictures to come!

I just saw a few videos online via @arabwatchguide on instagram. Were these concepts insanely thin? They look noticeably thin from the case profile.

Yes it is!
And while in the lower elevations it was very dry the snow was reasonable at this time.

Absolutely appreciate it. I do really like the CODE QP and especially how the crystal enhances the depth and breadth of the extraordinary movement. I also thought the Neo Frame was also a great surprise. Just a special piece! ...

Hard to be teased and hoping to be pleased in the end. One of the upsides of going to the event is seeing - but the downside is the potential disappointment that comes with allocations... In the end - just an extraordinary amount of new models! Peter
Yes definitely leaning towards the CODE
The crystal adds another layer of depth and clarity to the openworked movement. And with the ceramic caseback now possible (before - there was a need for pusher buttons) - makes it an even more superb option! Cheers Peter

Openworked pieces are definitely a hit. Both RO and CODE models do a great job of showcasing the new movement. For the RO - a bigger plus is the addition of BMG!
