I thought I understood EOT.
The 35 minute adjustment on top of the +/ 14-16 is confusing me. Can you help me out?

This Breguet 5887 has a running solar hand (running EOT) like the Blancpain 6638-3431-55B. They both are simpler as you don't need to calculate to know the official time and the solar one. You can directly know them with two hands. Best wishes Alkiro ...

It's a constant which is related to your positioning on earth (latitude vs Greenwich as reference). For instance, here in Geneva, its +35 or +36mn vs Greenwich
