Issue has been resolved ! Kudos to my fav brand AP , once again!
Hi all, I am happy to post that I received a personal call from my local AP Singapore service center customer service manager, and he was as polite and professional as can be and conveyed the good news that my watch is deemed OK in their eyes and have duly reinstated my warranty and extended the 3rd year for me 
This is a vindication of my faith in the brand in times where doubt seeped into my mind and more importantly, vindication for the seller as well who I gave the benefit of the doubt and trusted.
I'd like to say thanks to Ap LE Brassus , Hongkog and Singapore for their prompt and professional follow up , and this will be one more of the many positive incidents that I will gladly share with family, friends and acquaintances !
