because in the case of this piece, I tighten around the cushion (just for the purpose of being snug in the case)…but then I find when I take it out, it is better form fitting to my wrist, exactly as you explained. So, the cushion technique works in this case. The strap isn’t that stiff that it needs the warm water. But just to make sure I understand, you don’t soak it in warm water, instead you sort of rub it a bit with warm water and then put on cushion, correct?
