That really is a lovely looking Audemars Piguet ultra thin watch.
I find this case shape and size very appealing and the movement shape isn't an issue for me at all seeing as it has a closed case back. But unless the dial really looks much better in real life that is not a watch I would consider buying as I think the dial patina would really disturb me.
