With such a fast modified car, I should hire my lawyer to sit in the car with me in the car every time I drove!
Here in America, despite having much larger engines, we drive much slower than the people of France. The highway speed limit here is 105 kph, and most people will drive around 110 to 115 kph (around 70 mph) in California.
I've driven a C70 before, the one thing I noticed was the brakes, the brake pedal has no pedal feel whatsoever. Does your brake pedal have pedal feedback?
Looks like a very fast C70 with suspension mods! The lowered look makes the car look much more aggressive.

The C30 T5 is very funny to drive, and much less heavy than the C 70.
The issue with the C 70 is the weight: 200 extra kilos due to the hard top... Hence the necessity to " muscle " the engine... Best, Anthony. Nicolas
