I had a Corgi model of this a Silver Bora
it was one of my favorites growing up, everyone loves the Ghibli but for me this was the ultimate cool Maserati, some years later I saw one in Manhattan, an old rough condition Bora in Red and this cool looking guy just got in it and starting it drove off, I was so excited to see it in real life being driven. I love cars which are used instead of them being perfect and shiny sitting somewhere.

Brilliant choice
of all the Italian exotics that we lusted after as teenagers, the Bora was my favourite. Muscular yet subdued, it was as much cerebral as hormonal ;-) The Merak just didn't evoke the same feelings.
