german cars especially mercedes with the s class or the bmw 7 series are far to be fuel efficient too, they are also focused on power and luxury

12mpg on a v6. The modern German v8s can usually do around 20mpg avg. city. But rental car is whole another story tho, I usually avg 10-12 on a rental 2.0 l4 lololol
