His was the largest Range Rover with V8 and all the toys. They did about 40-50k per year and swapped cars at about 100k.
It wasn't the miles alone, but time spent moving it around that wore out the car - road rash, seat wear, rim bashing, etc. at about 250 miles a day, 3 days a week.
That was in England with fuel alone costing about $20,000 a year.
