This is without doubt the most comprehensive single-handed review of a major watch fair I have so far had the pleasure to read.
The pictures are uniformly superb, your depth of background knowledge puts the various new pieces into context, and your wry commentary leavens the whole with a welcome rise of humour.

Some info on the new balance from Lange
The new balance in the L051.1 of the new 1815 has 4 long screws for regulation of the balance, while the other screws in the balance are used to poise it. It uses a flat hairspring. - SJX
