Are we expecting too much from an imperfect world?
Thank you gentlemen for your listening ears, I feel much better now. Having sleep on it (the matter, not the watch!) for one night, I 'm left thinking whether I'm expecting too much from services in general. Perhaps I should just accept that perfect servce do not exist and move on. And stop "being anal" as others call it. I can probably dremel my case back to perfection (which I think I'm capable of), use leather cleaner to clean up the strap and live with the tiny hairline scratch on the dial. Sending it again back and forth may end up worst? I certainly felt the watch aged over this 2 weeks... Weakness?
I will however, continue to be a big fan of Breguet.
