Both are beautiful Breguet Tourbillon Messidor.
But for me it is the rose gold version that I think looks best as there is just something about the warmth of the rose gold that appeals more to me as the platinum version just seems a little stark and cold. I also find the rose gold tourbillon in the platinum watch a little jarring.

Most of the times I prefer yellow or red gold for Breguet
Looks warmer and more vintage
For me, rose gold works better here, because it's coherent with
the tourbillon frame and plaque for the brand name. The two-tone look of the Pt is less to my taste.

Though I usually prefer white metals, the gold tourbillon frame of the Pt version looks a bit obtrusive to me here.

The rehaut of this watch looks like a pan. Also you can’t read time easily and with precision. So can’t recommend it.
Other than this the watch is perfectly finished. Sublime attention to detail.
