Wow, I can't believe it was in such bad condition with the damage from the 3rd party and also the rust.  But that still doesn't excuse Breguet for not providing follow up on servicing.  Ultimately it took some effort, but looks like Breguet has finally addressed your issues which is what really counts.  I also hope Breguet takes these comments under consideration and strives to make further improvements in their customer service.
