Breguet

For those keeping score, I now have a Tradition Tourbillon 7047, a Classique Hora Mundi 5717, and now a Classique Musicale 7800. There's one more Breguet (the Classique Chronometrie 7727) on my list before I feel my collection is complete, but I'm feeling...

...which is why I was able to wear it so high up my arm. I've contacted another AD about getting an appropriate strap. Until I get that I can only admire it in its box. But triple wristing was actually quite fun!

I almost bought the same one posted there. It was a GREAT deal. I'm honestly shocked Breguet is still as well priced as it is on secondary. A huge horological value for a reasonable price...which seems increasingly rare nowadays. Congrats on the pick up. ... 

Normally when I see a great deal I hesitate too long since I have to go through the normal process of thinking over whether I really need another watch, etc. But in this case, I had already decided I was willing to pay up to $45k for one of these should o...

Not the average Breguet collection, all 3 are pretty special and very big for this brand, your last one is just huge I handled it a few times, really nice but very big I could wear them cause I’m used to big watches and I would love to wear all 3 of them ... 

So these watches are all too big for me (especially the 7800 at 49mm!), but there's no one to judge me but me!

They all offer some complication that you just don't see anywhere else. One could argue the 7047 overlaps a bit with what some other companies are doing (Romain Gauthier, Zenith, Ferdinand Berthoud, and A. Lange & Sohne have fusee and chain watches, and e...
