Breguet's MRs have been updated in the last year. People can send in their old MR and have the gongs replaced. Not sure if there are new tweaks to the Lemania movement here as well.
Some Breguet Minute Repeaters I've heard were horrible! Nearly as bad as the IWC Grand Complication (which has more spinning governor/regulator noise than minute repeater chimes). I expect a lot more from Breguet, considering it's a top tier brand.

too large at 42mm and the long lugs do not help. Plus a thickness of 12.6mm is too much for a dress watch even when it is a minute repeater. Patek have mastered the art of making slim and crystal clear sounding minute repeaters.
