As for the movement,one should not oversee that these have been heavily modified and improved by Breguet including modern silicon technology.
I have a few Breguets and the movements are top notch ...and beautifully finished.

It's just as easy to google the day of the moon as it is the date or time. Setting is simple with that.
That would be the way to set this Breguet.

Too many hands pointing in different directions for my personal purist taste but I am sure this feature will appeal to some If you like it then go ahead, I am sure the timekeeping and reliability is spot on.
