Breguet

Really love the enamel dial of both the 7787 and 8787 model

I don't own this reference but had seen them before in a local AD here.
Beautiful enamel dial, moonphase, case and deployment buckle. I like the white enamel dials in Breguets as their "luminous glow" are mesmerizing. Most enamel dials will have some bubbles when viewed under a loupe but they are not obvious. Black enamel dials' bubbles may show up as reflections on the sapphire crystal under certain lighting which disturbs me (impurities on black enamel dials are always much more obvious than on white dials). This problem does not apply for the 7787 of course.

Here is a review Kong posted before on the 8787 (looks wise just like 7787 but smaller at 36mm for ladies or gents who prefer a smaller watch).

Kong posted some excellent pictures of the enamel dial which may be a good reference for you.

As per all enamel dials, I will suggest using a loupe to check the dial carefully to ensure no obvious bubbles, impurities or hairline cracks before you buy the piece. I am certain Breguet has QA checks but as watches are handled many times by distributors and customers of ADs etc, I will always check them carefully first. Even better if you have 2 pieces at the AD side by side and choose the one with the dial you like (under the loupe).
