No surprise about your comments, guys. After Sales Service (ASS) is a real job, which requires expertise and competences, and since the "vampirisation" of DR and GG by Bvlgari, there have been some other kinds of priorities than to assure a proper and professional service for all the community of DR and GG aficionados. I myself add the same experience and I finally decided to go through an independant watchmaker, who was able to set a complete revision of my chrono DR 247. I hope Bvlgari will have more consideration for their people and their customers by running a real and efficient ASS, which is the key factor for the notoriety and the long life of a so-called brand.
