Sorry about your experience with Bulgari service
And totally unacceptable that a service or sales representative would be so unwilling to help out. I'm not going to make excuses for Bulgari, but it may be the case that they are in a transition stage with the integration of the GG/DR lines. I do know for a fact that Bulgari has been making efforts with the boutiques to have training sessions with their staff. In fact, on recent visits I was really pleasantly surprised about the knowledgeable staff at the flagship boutique in Las Vegas.
