Instead of going the way its Supporters and Well Wishers were telling it they went the opposite way. If they buckled down on the R&D and continued experimenting maybe they would have come up with a cost effective way to put it in serial production. In my humble opinion the Merk era was a disaster that AP has yet to recover from in the sense of it being on the cutting edge and pushing boundaries. I hope no one retorts by saying that they are selling better than ever and production has expanded. This isn't about the money. Its about innovation and being out there at the edge which made me fall in love with the brand.
