One-off rubber is an oxymoron
Unless you carve it out of a different strap, OR you could make a mold and mold yourself one but that's so much work and the tensile strength would be questionable. I have modified a few but just by notching ends and so forth. Nothing anywhere near 30mm though!
Rubber straps are "a good thing" until they break -- as at least 3 of mine have!
I adapted a strap to fit the Casio -- my wife is a PE teacher and is brutal on straps.

Are 30MM Octo straps interchangeable?
Are aftermarket strap for the Octo Solotempo 101964 / Octo Finissimo SS 103297 / Octo Finissimo Titanium 102713 interchangeable? Wondered this for a long while... Aftermarket solotempo straps... Will this actually fit the SS models? ...
Uhh... If the manufacturer doesn't say it's for the Octo, then it isn't going to fit...
I'd say the answer is pretty obvious. But yes, the manufacturer may say it'll fit - and it might even fit - but it may not look good. If you notice, every Octo strap has a portion that sticks out at the left and right ends. Get a picture of just the strap...

It did not fit! A waste of $25, but you live and you learn. At least I got an extra buckle and several 30mm spring bars out of it, which I couldn't find otherwise,
