What a great idea to do this session in Rome. The sandblasted Octo Finissimo, so the first series actually, be it in titanium or in steel is a very attractive and discreet model. George

Good to know if i decide to acquire an OF. Let the rotor do the job, some of my watches i ignore manual winding to save wear for the stem.

The weight, especially in titanium is superb, and the fit on the wrist, even small wrists like mine works really well. It checks many boxes, in my view, and the automatic with micro rotor makes it practical. My only issue, with a 6.75” wrist, is that it v...

The steel watch is actually covered in white gold, palladium, and rhodium to achieve that white and bright color. Very cool indeed! Which makes sense since chemically rhodium won’t stick well to steel, so intermediate layers have to be utilized.
