Cartier

ThanksSJX

Thanks so much SJX,

That is great knowledge.
Actually, I was completely ignorant to what you say at the time. Since when a dealer did inform me of this same thing. Following that I tried to find out how water proof the Caiber De Cartier is rated, thinking I would take the plunge if it said for example 'waterproof till 100m'
If I am not mistaken, the watch is only water resistant, and not even marked waterproof to 10m. The conditions in my country, and my typical intended usage of this kind of sporty watch (which I intend to wear as regularly as possible) means I need it to be properly water proof. I'd first been put off by the Caliber D C as I wanted it with a metal bracelet. Those prayers were answered when I read your review. Now if only they could incorporate the next feature too.........
Till then, I'll stick with my trusty old GMT Master.
Many thanks once again,
