Two sets of limited editions were created by Cartier to celebrate the reopening of the historic boutique at 13 rue de la Paix , in Paris . The first set was launched in 1999 , the second in 2022 . More recently (end of 2024 ), Cartier released a new Paris...
And it turns out I was wrong about this Cloche: it's a new release from late 2024 and wasn't part of the 1999 salmon limited editions. So I modified the post. Best, Emmanuel
Because of the salmon dial and lack of information online, I thought this Cloche was part of the 1999 release, but I was wrong. It has a platinum case and was released late 2024. So I modified the post. Best, Emmanuel

Here are some photos I could find of a white gold example, and a yellow gold one. Best, Emmanuel You can also check this page on Loupe This . credit: Bulang & Sons ...

isn't designed to be worn on the side of the wrist as it is too large for it. I think it's designed to be worn on the "flat" top of the wrist. The driver's watches designed to be worn on the side of the wrist are much shorter lug-to-lug, like those below....
I really like crystals that distort the dial. They're kind of contradictory to the basic watch function. And this one in particular DOUBLES the PP logo! Gotta love that!
