In fact, after I found the problem, I went to the Chopard boutique first to seek advice. The boutique staff think that those areas may be caused by improper handling of the authorized dealer, so he suggested me to find the authorized dealer to handle it.
That's why I deliver the watch to Service Center through authorized dealer instead deliver it directly to Service Center....
