an email to Chopard Customer Service always saved the day......click here
Chopard customer service is very responsive, I once had some missing screws in a Chopard leather strap (long story....which I will post later).....the AD had my strap for over 9 months claiming they are waiting for parts from Chopard.....I finally got fed up and ask for the strap back....then I wrote Chopard Customer Service to explain the situation.....I got a reply from Chopard directly within 2 days.....then my missing screws were flew to Toronto from Geneva within 1 week.....
