if they don't have the old parts, then the new parts are on them, as u haven't agreed on their replacement. Basically, they are simply trying to put u under the fact. Its the worst part.
You can be a gentleman by agreeing to pay for the hour of work of the guy that worked on ur watch. But that is it! Always had respect for the hands that work all day on those tiny little jewels.
 You mustn't bend.  Wish i could help u, but chopard and lugano, influence out of reach here.
