Your caseback reading is totally correct.
From what I've seen in the wild, though, Chopard almost certainly didn't produce the full run of 1860. In fact, I'm curious to know the highest caseback number (out of 1860) that anyone has seen for each of the 1860/2 gold models -- rose, white, and yello...

So many people talk about watches like lifetime purchases, but most only last a few years before being sold or traded for some reason or another. I'm glad you still enjoy it as much after two decades. I hope it's still here in 2045. Best, Tim
