This piece is not something that you JUST acquire. I think the ones who will get it, REALLY GET IT. It’s going to be a fantastic ownership experience and I can’t say that I’m not kicking myself for retiring too early. Hahaha! Looking forward to “less”

If I’m a little bit mixed about the dial design with this large “desert zone” (less is more but until which point?), all the other elements of this watch are pure joy. The movement is a feast for the eyes with an incredible finishing level and this harden...
Your hypothesis would have been the terminal one except.....
Chronometrie Ferdinand Berthoud is working on a couple of projects that they will not announce until "perfect". They really are "seeking perfection in an imperfect world", with eyes wide open that perfection is always one step beyond..... Regards, MTF

Definitely one to put on the grail list. May not be the conventional choice but that's partially the reason to like it. For me the hiding of the tourbillon is what I particularly appreciate - enjoy the stealth of it Thanks for the great summary!
