My experiences with the LUC Chrono One were very positive - both times back in around a month, even though it had to go to Switzerland. They seem to have invested appropriately into service capacity. I guess time only watches could be even faster

According to my experience with NYC boutique (about dozen routine services/repairs) if service can be performed locally it takes about a week or less. If trip to Switzerland is required for your watch it usually takes 4 weeks
