It was an ombre dial. The center was lighter than the edge. This isn't well captured in the photo. But it was stunning. I also like how they adapted the Geneva Seal 96-series movement with the swan neck spring; they adapted this movement to become a center seconds watch. This is very apropos. As I find dress watches should have a petite seconds sub-dial but a sports watch should have a center seconds.
The Champagne dial is very likable and brighter in person - more than the photos would suggest. The rose gold Alpine Eagle is of course super impressive and one of the nicest rose gold sports watches on the market currently. That one was perhaps my favorite. The rose gold dial is also a new model for 2026!
