This morning we put the finishing touches on our Waterfront Dining Extrordinaire Weekend.
Crab Eggs Benedict
Clean out the meat from some of last night’s 5 Dungeness crabs
Poach a dozen eggs
Fresh peaches, blueberries, orange juice, English muffins, crabmeat (and some peanut butter cookies)
Assemble muffin, crab, egg, Hollandaise sauce, parsley
Sorry, all gone

We are “on the water” in a 5th wheel and a camper plus a garage (my friend’s house is under construction), it’s not as luxurious as you might imagine. Our “home cooked” food is great though! “Living room” Dining room slide-out Cheers Cazalea ...
