Would you trade a BB58 Blue, Grand Seiko Snowflake SBGA 211 and/or a Glashutte Original PanoMatic Lunar for the Breitling Ref 806 Reedition 1959 Navitimer?
My Current Collection is as follows with the (3) above:
Omega Planet Ocean- 8500- 42MM Black Dial
Omega Aqua Terra- 8900- 41MM- White Dial
Omega Speedmaster Professional- 1861 w/ Hesalite
Rolex Explorer 36MM- 124270- New Version
Or should I keep saving and keep my (7) watch collection until it is time for me to take the next step into.......

I wouldn't
I like having some style diversity in my collection, and the move you propose eliminates A LOT of the diversity in yours.
GS & GO are to my taste superior
although Breitling have been doing some really nice work since they were taken over, particularly the Premier collection, but as highlighted above you're giving up a lot of nice pieces, I would hold off for the VC
For me
I'd get rid of tudor, planet ocean and snowflake and get vc (unclear which model - by your history assuming overseas).
I would not for the three you mentioned.
But if you have fallen out of love with the three then of course yes.
