The Seiko Alpinist US Limited Edition of 1,959 pieces. 1959 was the year the first Alpinist model was released.
For me, the blue and silver colorway along with this vintage-style strap pushes the watch into the tool-watch category.
This is my second Alpinist. I used to own the SBCJ019 titanium quartz model with the perpetual calendar and GMT function back in the early 2000s, but sold it to someone in Australia years ago.
