Monday - with the Seiko SCVL002 ⏱️⚖️🇯🇵
Starting the week with one of the smallest, thinnest and lightest watches I have - the 33mm handwound goodness of the SCVL002 aka 6810-8000. From the brief period in the early 1990s, when the 68xx caliber got relaunched and where it could still be encased in non-Credor watches.
It’s not a large watch but sits nicely on the wrist and the all dial design makes it appear larger than the measured size. Always a pleasure to wear 👍🏻

I have never been able to conclusively find that out 😊🤷🏻♂️
It looks like it when you angle it so as to reflect the light in a certain way but as a JDM model from the early 1990s produced in minuscule numbers and without much of an international cult I never have been able to find the appropriate info 🤷🏻♂️ ...
Definitely works nicely in more formal settings…
But can be livened up a bit with the right strap 😊👍🏻

Certainly more exciting on the wrist. But it is a minimalist design for sure 😊
