Just acquired my very first AP from my favorite dealer. Needless to say, I am most excited. I love the story and historic significance of the wandering hours.

Most everyone enters into AP with an octagonal piece - myself included, back in 2001. But this CODE 11.59 is simply exceptional, and I believe you made an outstanding choice!

The octagonal stuff weirdly doesnt do anything for me, especially compared to this… I dont get it…

Now thinking of adding a Deployant clasp and even been looking at the earlier versions
I ordered an aftermarket deployant to try first, as I am not near an AD.
Would also be curious what a AP’s deployant costs too. The last time I visited an AD they didnt really give me the time of day and seemed a bit annoyed.
