My go to watch for the past couple of weeks..
I can never really figure out what strap to wear it with but for some reason, I settled on a vulcanized rubber strap.
It’s strange for me to describe the reason as nostalgic as I didn’t even dive. Strangely though, the rubber strap on the SKX gave me a lot of 90s vibes. And I don’t mean memories but that it felt like the 90s.
I’m not sure if I’m making sense as even my 2003 Omega SMP300 didn’t give me those vibes. Sure, I have a lot of memories with it but it’s different from getting a feel for a particular decade. To make it even more “curioser” I have worn it on this strap before but it’s only now that I felt that particular feeling.
Anyway, even if the vulcanized rubber isn’t the most comfortable, it felt right on the SKX. And so here it is 🙂
