Part 5 of Alkiro's carnivore test - Austrian
As anyone with a classical science training will tell you, a reasonable sample size is key if you are to actually sensibly test hypotheses for robustness. So after the last fully non-meat meal (here: www.watchprosite.com
for pictures), here the next data point.
As lunches tend to be much more rushed affairs than dinners here, the wide variety of dishes will be lacking. At the same time it's still Austria, so there's absolutely no reason not to have decent food
So let the testing continue!
Prior to food, some nature. Alfresco dining is a true pleasure and the season is well on its way now. Still, this means a closer relationship to nature in all its forms, as seen on the picture.

And the fermented grape juice in the glasses is both a wonderful produce of nature, as well as fully vegetarian

Which is not something one could truthfully claim of the starter - a suckling pig carpaccio. Well, there was some lettuce for decoration

The main, likewise included fully vegetarian components such as the chive sprinkling, the horse radish seasoning and the potatoes - a black pudding stir fry. One of my favourite simple dishes, and oh so delicious.

Finally dessert - in stainless steel (Montblanc Heritage Chronometrie Ultra Slim) - so again fully vegetarian
I see I will continue enjoying this testing for a while
Bon appetit!
