pics of the Amagnetic 3417...
managed to take time out to visit book shops during a busy working trip in Munich weeks ago, read a watch book on PP from one bookshop. reading from the book, many great PP watches are described, but one of them caught my attention most which is the Amagnetic 3417 with the classic and clean dial plus superb finishing movement. another reason why i put attention on it because i remember our Nicolas made a comparison of this 3417 and JLC Geophysic some time back. anyway, took some pics of this masterpiece from the book to share with all PP fans here! stefan

You brought it up. Of all the vintage PP this one have the strongest affection for me. Maybe because it's steel or maybe because it's just beauty in a purest form. :) Sigh ... ... I should have never click on the PP tab ... ... what am I going do now. Reg...

Thank you. No its a 35mm 565 SS The other is a 2508 SS..the dial is 2 tone and lovely..cant tell from pictures I love the SS Sector dials..there is a 565 sector dial in the" Inspiration Shrine" in Geneva..waiting for one of those!! Roni

Agree..anything smaller looks out of proportion,especially if you have big wrists like I do. On the other hand shame as there are many nice variants of Ref 96 at 30mm which are more affordable too. Roni
