Please help me understand, what's the big deal about ceramic?
Almost every watch company has a model with ceramic parts and they are being promoted like the best thing since sliced bread and then charge you an arm and leg for it. I understand the advantage of using ceramic, but hasn't Rado been using ceramic for their watches and bracelet for decades? So please help me understand what is the big deal about ceramic? is the ceramic material used by current watch companies far superior than the type used by Rado?
