Chopard

What do Chopard fans think of Ball ?

Thinking about getting the one below, but as a novice I wasn't sure I can make good judgement on quality of its fit and finish (even if I went to the AD and look at it) as well as the quality of its movement. Would appreciate all the input I can get from my fellow Chopard fans on Ball Watches. I want your opinions on whether I would be wasting my money (and time) on Ball watches even though they are not as expensive; in other word, would I get more value out of another Chopard or UN

Btw, it said it use Ball Cal 9018 if that will help. Also, reading from Ball's website it is apparent that Ball is a brand originate in the US but the 'Swiss Made' thing kind of puzzle me - I mean why would Ball have it made there instead of the US ?
