Fellow collector friend is asking if I would consider trading my aluminum Centigraphe for the Dubai CS plus cash. Curious on everyone thoughts on the Dubai CS. Has anyone ever had one.

....... both are very good looking and unique watches. I had a chance to handle both actually and I find the Alu Centigraphe BY FAR more interesting from more aspects than just the looks alone.

I’m not a Journe collector, so my answer is of very little importance. The Chronomètre Souverain is a watch I find elegant and would be happy to wear. The Centigraphe, on the other hand, has a very sporty aesthetic which isn’t for me and I find the dial a...

aluminum Centigraphe! It’s a unique and very rare watch. It will only become more valuable. But money aside, (and that’s not the reason to keep it) I would bet you will tire of the green after the novelty wears off and you have a simple (albeit lovely) tw...
