It is crafted in the same way as the other gold movements
So it is not a 'retreat'. The gold movements still have other non-gold parts, such as the screws, wheels, escapement, etc. It is the plates and bridges that are in gold. I believe the mainspring barrels are in steel, not brass.

The CS will not come with a deployant
but with the regular tang buckle. You can purchase the deployant separately as can be done for the other models. The winding was surprisingly not bad. A friend of mine said it was tough to wind, but the two I tried were very smooth even until last few win...
