IMHO, the article half-answers the question and ends abruptly. To his (FPJ) credit, my CS is the most accurate timepiece in my current collection, after my two omega’s lost the top position (bc of poor regulation during service after iatrogenic damage 😔). The supposedly-regulated to +2/-2 Patek 6119, by comparison, is +5 🤦🏿♂️

I spoke to folks at FPJ and confirm what you said above. The way to set the watch most accurately (to a second for me) is to stop the seconds hand by turning the crown counterclockwise.

Yes. That always bothered me, especially for supposedly sports models like the nautilus 5712 and the vacheron overseas.
