There is a family similarity ...
... between all the F.P.Journe Boutiques as you know, Joe. That is part of the pleasure because you feel instantly at home whichever city you are in. And I find the staff in every boutique I have visited not only welcoming (as they should be) and knowledgable about their brand (as they should be), but interested in horology in general and genuinely excited about the watchmaking industry (rare). And the majority of the Boutique staff remain long term employees and become friends of the clientele. Behind the scenes the brand must be doing something right to retain such great 'front end' staff.

Lovely dial in person and so complex to make. I wish FPJ would consider making it in steel or white gold (with a higher MSRP) since I find the tantalum color to be a bit too dull for a radiant dial (I understand the logic of the blue hues with this metal ...
