And something my father occassionally used to make for supper at home, so definitely a favourite of mine. The only variation I have from the standard recipe is that I have it without raisins, as I cannot eat them.
But this dish is strongly associated with skiing for me. There is a particular place I have in mind in the Alps, where we always have it after a mountain of meat has been consumed (and many Williams, of course).
