Last night's neighborhood sharing was highly successful. In 10 minutes we exchanged: Tomatoes from Paige I think these have to be turned into sauce with some basil from our herb garden Not stopping there, Lemons from Huck And some prime pieces of yesterda...  

First, as suggested below some caprese salad. Then fresh fish, sauce, and a little angel hair pasta might work. Maybe I’ll float a few lemon slices in some vodka. With lots of ice...

Apparently the lemon vodka will take a week or two for infusion 🙁

to become a capresse...with lots of excellent olive oil and some great balsamico...

Thanks for reading, Fred. We had surplus fish, tomatoes, mozzarella, etc. so I whipped up Sunday night’s meal featuring a childhood staple - fish sticks. Only now they are made of panko-crumb-crusted slabs of prime albacore fillet seared in olive oil rath...
