Our elder daughter is quite used to restaurants, so not at all an issue with her. For the son it was a first and I agree - not quite easy. But if you start them young, they get used to it faster

To be honest, nothing from Paris nor Brest as ingredients. In fact, the name of this cake comes from the cycle race Paris-Brest-Paris
A pastry chef decided, in 1910, to pay tribute to this race with a cake. And, to be right with the thematic, he decided to cook a round cake with an hole to symbolise a bicycle wheel 😉 Best wishes Alkiro

I remember my son has always been good, just carry him in his car seat to any restaurant and we can enjoy a meal without any surprises. Rgds Raymond
