This excellent champagne used to be served in American Airlines Business and First Class on transatlantic flights. It's one of my favorite champagnes.
Here's the Louise muselet (champagne cork cap). 
Of course almost any real French champagne is a good drink.

Looks like a great mix.
I went down to my cellar to see what I had comparable to maybe try. I found a surprise and just posted it here. I know we are supposed to know what we have in our cellars but... Thanks for sharing your tasting notes. Bill
